  • Orders placed after cutoff times at 12 PM. may be processed the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery

  • UAE deliveries are fulfilled via trusted courier partners such as Aramex.
  • Estimated delivery time: 1 business day within the UAE.
  • International shipping times may vary depending on destination and customs clearance.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • Promotional offers such as free shipping may apply during selected campaigns.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or whatsapp to monitor your delivery status.

Delivery Notes

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect information or unavailability, re-delivery fees may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customer@bioactive.ae with your order number and photos (if applicable), and we will assist you promptly.
