Pricing
All prices are listed in AED and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
Refunds — The 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Take your formula daily for 60 consecutive days from delivery. If you see no visible or other results, WhatsApp us at +971 58 530 4242 with your order number — we refund your first box in full within 5 business days.
- Applies to your first box of a formula, once per customer.
- Bundles and protocols: the guarantee covers the full kit.
- Beyond the guarantee, supplements are sealed consumables, so we can't accept change-of-mind returns — which is exactly why the guarantee exists.
Damaged or incorrect items: contact us within 48 hours at customer@bioactive.ae for a free replacement.
