In short: BioActive+ collects only what we need to get your order to your door and make your experience better — nothing more.
BioActive+ is operated by Level Up F.Z.C., a company registered in the United Arab Emirates. We are committed to protecting your personal information and being transparent about how we use it.
This policy explains the data we handle when you browse our store, place an order, or get in touch — and the rights you have over it. It applies to bioactive.ae and any orders, communications, or services connected to it.

We're picky about who touches your data — only the partners who physically help deliver your order ever see it.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information with trusted third-party service providers — strictly to fulfil your order and run the store.

Your name & address, to deliver across the UAE.
Payment processors
Shopify, to take payment safely.
These providers may only use your data to perform their service for us, and are bound to protect it under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
