Order Issues

I didn’t receive an order confirmation. What should I do?

Once your order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent automatically.
If you don’t see it within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Still can’t find it? Contact our support team at customer@bioactive.ae with your full name and order details, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery.

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

I received the wrong item or something is missing.

We’re sorry about that. Please contact our customer support team at customer@bioactive.ae within 48 hours of receiving your order, including your order number and photos if applicable. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the product and packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or solution where applicable.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can also track your order using the link provided in the email.

We currently ship within the UAE.

For international shipping inquiries, please contact our support team before placing your order.

How long does delivery take?

Orders within the UAE are typically delivered within 1–2 business days after processing. Excluding holidays.

Delivery times may vary during promotions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update your shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and updated details.
