Collagen Glow Granola Bowl
A morning bowl with a PO-OG Collagen drizzle that sets like honey over yoghurt and berries.
You’ll need
- 1 sachet PO-OG Collagen
- 200g Greek yoghurt
- ½ cup toasted granola
- Handful mixed berries
- 1 tsp honey
- Chia + bee pollen to finish
Method
- Spoon yoghurt into a wide bowl.
- Drizzle the collagen straight from the sachet in a slow zig-zag.
- Pile on granola and berries.
- Finish with honey, chia and a dusting of bee pollen. Eat immediately.
Glutathione

Glutathione Berry Glow Mocktail
A blushing, fruity spritz with a Glutathione shot — your skin's favourite happy hour.
You’ll need
- 1 shot Glutathione
- 120ml sparkling water
- 60ml pomegranate juice
- Squeeze of lime
- Fresh raspberries
- Ice + mint sprig
Method
- Fill a tall glass with ice.
- Add pomegranate juice and the Glutathione shot.
- Top with sparkling water and a squeeze of lime.
- Stir gently, garnish with raspberries and mint.
Tetra SOD

Tetra Citrus Sunrise Spritz
An energising post-workout cooler with Tetra SOD, citrus and a whisper of ginger.
You’ll need
- 1 shot Tetra SOD
- 100ml fresh orange juice
- 100ml coconut water
- Thin slice fresh ginger
- Orange wheel
- Plenty of ice
Method
- Muddle the ginger lightly in the base of a glass.
- Add ice, orange juice and coconut water.
- Pour in the Tetra SOD shot and stir.
- Garnish with an orange wheel. Best ice-cold.
Magnesium
Nightcap · 6 min
Magnesium Bedtime Cacao
A warm, calming cocoa with Magnesium to wind the whole day down. Pure cosy.
You’ll need
- 1 shot Magnesium
- 250ml oat milk
- 1 tbsp raw cacao
- 1 date or ½ tsp maple
- Pinch of sea salt
- Cinnamon to finish
Method
- Warm the oat milk gently — don't boil.
- Whisk in cacao, sweetener and salt until smooth.
- Take off the heat and stir through the Magnesium shot.
- Pour, dust with cinnamon and sip 30 min before bed.
